Coring balls are an essential tool for verifying chimney construction and clearing the flue before liner installation. By lowering the coring ball from the top of the chimney to the bottom, obstructions can be quickly identified and removed—an important step to ensure a safe and long-lasting installation. Our coring balls are made from solid steel and chrome-plated with a smooth finish, allowing them to pass easily through the flue while preventing corrosion. Each coring ball comes complete with 14 metres of heavy-duty rope and a robust, lockable steel carabiner. Available in three sizes: 100 mm (4 kg), 125 mm (8 kg), and 155 mm (14.8 kg).
